His experience at a municipal Building & Zoning Code consultancy firm further cements his expertise in code analysis and project management.

His qualifications are further enhanced by his diverse licenses and instructor certifications, including NYS DOL Licensed Asbestos Inspector, NYC DOB Licensed Code/Zoning Representative & Instructor, Licensed Construction Superintendent, OSHA Construction Instructor, and varied FDNY Certificates of Fitness. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from International American University, with additional education in Engineering & Management from Arizona State University and Construction Project Management from Columbia University.
